Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Cable One Arm Straight Back High Row

  • Position yourself a step away from the machine to create a slight tension in the cable. Keep your feet firm, your core tight, and your back straight.
  • Pull the handle towards you by squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your elbow close to your body. Your hand should end up just below chest level.
  • Hold this position for a moment to maximize muscle contraction, then slowly return the handle back to the starting position.
  • Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other side and perform the same movements with your right hand.
