Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Cable One Arm Straight Back High Row
Position yourself a step away from the machine to create a slight tension in the cable. Keep your feet firm, your core tight, and your back straight.
Pull the handle towards you by squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your elbow close to your body. Your hand should end up just below chest level.
Hold this position for a moment to maximize muscle contraction, then slowly return the handle back to the starting position.
Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other side and perform the same movements with your right hand.
