Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Over Bench One Arm Reverse Wrist Curl
Hold a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing down and rest your forearm on your thigh or on the bench, letting your hand hang over the edge.
Slowly curl the weight upwards by flexing your wrist, keeping your forearm stationary and using only your wrist to move the weight.
Once your wrist is fully flexed, pause for a moment and then slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position.
Repeat this movement for your desired number of repetitions, then switch arms and perform the same exercise with the other hand.
