Weighted Russian Twist
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Weighted Russian Twist
Hold a weight with both hands at your chest, and lift your feet a few inches off the ground, balancing on your sit bones.
Twist your torso to the right and touch your weight to the ground beside your body.
Then twist your torso to the opposite side touching the weight to the left side of your body.
Repeat this process, alternating sides, for the desired amount of repetitions.
