Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Weighted Russian Twist

  • Hold a weight with both hands at your chest, and lift your feet a few inches off the ground, balancing on your sit bones.
  • Twist your torso to the right and touch your weight to the ground beside your body.
  • Then twist your torso to the opposite side touching the weight to the left side of your body.
  • Repeat this process, alternating sides, for the desired amount of repetitions.
