Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Twist Step Stretch

  • Next, take a step forward with your right foot and bend your right knee into a lunge position, keeping your left leg straight behind you.
  • While maintaining this lunge position, slowly twist your upper body to the right, extending your right arm behind you and your left arm in front.
  • Hold this position for about 30 seconds, feeling a stretch through your left hip and thigh, as well as your torso.
  • Lastly, slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise with your left leg stepping forward and twisting to the left.
