Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Twist Step Stretch
Next, take a step forward with your right foot and bend your right knee into a lunge position, keeping your left leg straight behind you.
While maintaining this lunge position, slowly twist your upper body to the right, extending your right arm behind you and your left arm in front.
Hold this position for about 30 seconds, feeling a stretch through your left hip and thigh, as well as your torso.
Lastly, slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise with your left leg stepping forward and twisting to the left.
