Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Superman Row with Towel

  • Engage your core and lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground, keeping your neck in a neutral position, this is your Superman pose.
  • While maintaining this pose, pull the towel towards your chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together, this is your Row.
  • Extend your arms back out in front of you, still holding the towel, while maintaining your lifted position.
  • Lower your arms, chest, and legs back to the ground to complete one repetition, then repeat the sequence for your desired number of reps.
