Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Iron Block Press

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and the iron block on the ground in front of you.
  • Bend at your knees and hips to lower your body and grasp the iron block with both hands.
  • Lift the iron block up to your chest level by straightening your legs and hips, while keeping your back straight.
  • Push the iron block overhead by extending your arms fully, while keeping your core engaged and maintaining a straight back.
  • Lower the iron block back to your chest and then to the ground to complete one repetition. Remember to control the movement and maintain proper form throughout the exercise.
