Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial StrongMan Car Flip
Bend at the knees and hips to lower yourself down, placing your hands underneath the car's bumper or on the tires, depending on the car's design.
Using your legs, arms, and core, push and lift the car upwards, maintaining a straight back and keeping the force in your legs to prevent injury.
As the car begins to flip, walk forward with it, pushing it over completely.
Once the car has flipped, step back and ensure it's stable before repeating the process.
