Lift your right leg and place it on top of the exercise ball, ensuring your leg is straight and your toes are pointing upwards.
Gently lean forward from your hips, extending your arms towards your toes, until you feel a stretch in your hamstring. Make sure to keep your back straight during this movement.
Hold this position for about 30 seconds, then relax and return to the starting position.
