Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Standing Bent Over Two Arm Triceps Extension
Bend your upper body forward from the hips up and bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle with your upper arms close to your torso.
Keep your head up and your back straight, this will be your starting position.
Slowly extend both arms backwards while your upper arms remain stationary, exhaling as you perform this movement.
Pause for a second once your arms are fully extended, inhale and slowly return the dumbbells back to the starting position.
