Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Standing Bent Over Two Arm Triceps Extension

  • Bend your upper body forward from the hips up and bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle with your upper arms close to your torso.
  • Keep your head up and your back straight, this will be your starting position.
  • Slowly extend both arms backwards while your upper arms remain stationary, exhaling as you perform this movement.
