Position your elbows under your shoulders with your forearms and palms flat on the ground, parallel to each other.
Inhale and slowly lift your upper body off the floor by straightening your arms, keeping your hips and thighs in contact with the floor.
Hold this position, known as the Sphinx pose, for a few breaths, making sure to keep your neck in line with your spine and not to strain it by looking up too much.
Exhale and slowly lower your upper body back to the floor, returning to the starting position.
