Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Sitting Shoulders Stretch On Bench
Extend your arms out in front of you and interlock your fingers.
Slowly raise your arms up over your head, keeping your fingers interlocked and your arms straight.
Hold this position for about 20-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your shoulders.
Lower your arms slowly back to the starting position and repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
