Push Up on Bosu Ball
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Push Up on Bosu Ball
Extend your legs out behind you, coming into a plank position with your body forming a straight line from your head to your heels.
Lower your body towards the Bosu ball by bending your elbows, keeping your body straight and your abs engaged.
Once your chest is just above the Bosu ball, push your body back up to the starting position by straightening your arms.
Repeat this movement for your desired number of repetitions, making sure to maintain good form throughout the exercise.
