One arm Lat Stretch
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial One arm Lat Stretch
Extend the arm closest to the wall overhead and place your palm on the wall.
Slowly lean your body away from the wall while keeping your arm straight and your palm in contact with the wall.
Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, feeling a stretch along the side of your torso and into your lat muscle.
Repeat the process with the other arm to ensure both sides of your body are equally stretched.
