Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Lever One Arm Bent over Row
Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the waist until your torso is almost parallel to the floor, maintaining a straight back.
Pull the lever up towards your body, keeping your elbow close to your side and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
Slowly lower the lever back to the starting position, ensuring you maintain control and do not let the weight drop quickly.
Repeat the exercise for your desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other arm.
