Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Jump on Fit-Box

  • Lower your body into a half-squat position and swing your arms back, preparing your body for the jump.
  • Using your whole foot, not just your toes, push off the ground and propel your body up and forward onto the box. Swing your arms forward for extra momentum.
  • Land softly on the Fit-Box with your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact. Aim to land in the middle of the box for stability.
  • Stand up straight to complete the movement, then step back down to the initial position and prepare for the next jump.
