Hack One Leg Calf Raise
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Hack One Leg Calf Raise
Lift one foot off the platform, balancing on the ball of your other foot with your heel hanging off the edge.
Lower your heel as far as possible, stretching your calf muscle, then push up onto your toes, contracting your calf.
Hold this position for a moment to maximize the contraction, then slowly lower your heel back to the starting position.
Repeat this for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other leg and perform the same number of repetitions.
