Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Exercise Ball Seated Hamstring Stretch
Extend one leg straight out in front of you, keeping your heel on the ground and your toes pointing upwards.
Slowly lean forward from your hips, reaching towards your toes with both hands while keeping your back straight.
Hold this position for about 20 to 30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your hamstring.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the stretch with your other leg.
