Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Exercise Ball Back Extension With Rotation

  • Keeping your body in a straight line, slowly raise your upper body until it's slightly above parallel to the floor.
  • At the top of the movement, twist your torso to one side, then return to the center before lowering your body back down to the starting position.
  • Repeat the movement, this time twisting your torso to the opposite side.
  • Continue alternating sides for each repetition, making sure to maintain control and stability throughout the exercise.
