Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Exercise Ball Back Extension With Rotation
Keeping your body in a straight line, slowly raise your upper body until it's slightly above parallel to the floor.
At the top of the movement, twist your torso to one side, then return to the center before lowering your body back down to the starting position.
Repeat the movement, this time twisting your torso to the opposite side.
Continue alternating sides for each repetition, making sure to maintain control and stability throughout the exercise.
