Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Dumbbell Superman
Keep your legs straight and together, while your arms should be fully extended as if you're flying, hence the name "Superman".
Slowly raise both your arms and legs off the ground as high as you can, keeping your neck neutral and your eyes looking down.
Hold this position for a second, feeling the contraction in your lower back and glutes.
Slowly lower your arms and legs back to the starting position, and repeat the exercise for the desired number of reps.
