Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Dumbbell Lying One Arm Supinated Triceps Extension
Slowly bend your elbow, allowing it to move naturally to the side, to lower the dumbbell until it is near your forehead.
Keep your upper arm stationary and ensure that only your forearm is moving during this step.
Pause for a moment at the bottom of the movement, then push the dumbbell back up using your triceps, until your arm is fully extended again.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms and perform the same steps.
