Dumbbell Cossack Squats

Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Dumbbell Cossack Squats

  • Shift your weight to your right leg, bending your knee and pushing your hips back while keeping your left leg straight and your toes pointed upwards.
  • Squat down as low as you can, keeping your chest up and your right knee in line with your foot.
  • Push through your right heel to stand back up to the starting position.
  • Repeat the motion on the left side to complete one rep, and continue alternating sides for your desired number of repetitions.
