Dumbbell Cossack Squats
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Dumbbell Cossack Squats
Shift your weight to your right leg, bending your knee and pushing your hips back while keeping your left leg straight and your toes pointed upwards.
Squat down as low as you can, keeping your chest up and your right knee in line with your foot.
Push through your right heel to stand back up to the starting position.
Repeat the motion on the left side to complete one rep, and continue alternating sides for your desired number of repetitions.
