Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Dumbbell Complex Push-Up Row Clean and Press
Perform a push-up, ensuring your body remains straight and your core is engaged throughout the movement.
After the push-up, pull one dumbbell off the floor and towards your chest in a rowing motion, then lower it back down and repeat the same with the other dumbbell.
