Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Decline Twisting Sit up
Place your hands lightly behind your head without pulling on your neck, keeping your elbows wide.
Engage your core and lift your upper body off the bench, twisting to the right as you come up, aiming to touch your left elbow to your right knee.
Lower yourself back down in a controlled motion, returning to the starting position.
Repeat the movement, this time twisting to the left as you come up, aiming to touch your right elbow to your left knee.
