Cross over shoulder stretch
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Cross over shoulder stretch
Extend one arm straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
Slowly bring this arm across your chest, using your other arm to pull it closer to your chest until you feel a stretch in your shoulder.
Hold this stretch for about 20 to 30 seconds, breathing deeply and maintaining a straight posture.
Release, shake out your arms, and repeat the process with the other arm.
