Cross over shoulder stretch

Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Cross over shoulder stretch

  • Extend one arm straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
  • Slowly bring this arm across your chest, using your other arm to pull it closer to your chest until you feel a stretch in your shoulder.
  • Hold this stretch for about 20 to 30 seconds, breathing deeply and maintaining a straight posture.
  • Release, shake out your arms, and repeat the process with the other arm.
