Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Cable One Arm Pulldown

  • Pull down the cable attachment to your side while keeping your arm close to the body and maintaining a slight bend in your elbow.

  • Slowly return the cable attachment back to the starting position, resisting the pull of the cable as you extend your arm. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions before switching to the other arm.
