Cable Judo Flip

Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Cable Judo Flip

  • Grab the handle of the cable machine with both hands, the hand closest to the machine should be in an underhand grip and the other hand in an overhand grip.
  • Pull the cable towards you by rotating your torso and pivoting your back foot, as if you were performing a judo flip.
  • Extend your arms fully while twisting your torso, keeping your core engaged throughout the movement.
  • Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the cable as it goes back, and repeat the exercise for the desired amount of repetitions before switching sides.
