Grab the handle of the cable machine with both hands, the hand closest to the machine should be in an underhand grip and the other hand in an overhand grip.
Pull the cable towards you by rotating your torso and pivoting your back foot, as if you were performing a judo flip.
Extend your arms fully while twisting your torso, keeping your core engaged throughout the movement.
Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the cable as it goes back, and repeat the exercise for the desired amount of repetitions before switching sides.
