Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Boxing Block
When a punch comes in, use your front hand (the left hand for right-handed people, or the right hand for left-handed people) to block it by moving your arm across your body.
Your palm should be facing towards the incoming punch and your elbow should be slightly bent.
After blocking the punch, immediately bring your hand back up to protect your face.
Repeat these steps for each incoming punch, making sure to keep your other hand up to protect your face throughout the exercise.
