Assisted Trunk Flex Chest Stretch
Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Trunk Flex Chest Stretch
Slowly bend forward from your waist, keeping your arms extended out in front of you and your back straight.
Lower your upper body until you feel a stretch in your chest and upper back.
Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.
Slowly return to the starting position, keeping your back straight and your movements controlled. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
