Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Trunk Flex Chest Stretch

  • Slowly bend forward from your waist, keeping your arms extended out in front of you and your back straight.
  • Lower your upper body until you feel a stretch in your chest and upper back.
  • Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.
  • Slowly return to the starting position, keeping your back straight and your movements controlled. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
