Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Straight Arms Lying Stretch
Extend both arms straight above your head, keeping them as straight as possible.
Have a partner gently grasp your wrists and apply a gentle pull, stretching your arms further above your head.
Maintain this stretch for about 30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.
Release the stretch slowly, allowing your partner to gently lower your arms back to their starting position.
