Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Standing Chest Stretch

  • Extend your arms out to your sides, keeping them at shoulder height and slightly bent at the elbows.
  • Have a partner stand behind you and gently grasp your forearms or wrists.
  • Slowly, allow your partner to pull your arms back, stretching your chest muscles. Make sure the movement is controlled and does not cause any discomfort.
