Have a partner stand behind you and gently hold your elbows as you extend your arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor.
Slowly allow your partner to push your elbows back, leading with the chest, until you feel a stretch in your pectoral muscles.
Hold this stretch for about 20 to 30 seconds, keeping your back straight and your chest pushed out.
Carefully release the stretch and allow your partner to slowly bring your arms back to the starting position. Repeat this process for several repetitions.
