Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Seated Pectoralis Major Stretch With Stability Ball

  • Have a partner stand behind you and gently hold your elbows as you extend your arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor.
  • Slowly allow your partner to push your elbows back, leading with the chest, until you feel a stretch in your pectoral muscles.
  • Hold this stretch for about 20 to 30 seconds, keeping your back straight and your chest pushed out.
  • Carefully release the stretch and allow your partner to slowly bring your arms back to the starting position. Repeat this process for several repetitions.
