Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Seated Chest Stretch
Extend your arms out to your sides at shoulder height, then bend your elbows to 90 degrees with your palms facing forward.
With a controlled motion, slowly pull your elbows back as far as you can, feeling the stretch in your chest and shoulders.
