Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Rotating Neck Stretch
Gently tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear towards your shoulder until you feel a light stretch on the left side of your neck.
Place your right hand on the left side of your head and apply a gentle pressure to deepen the stretch, but be careful not to force it.
Hold this position for about 20 to 30 seconds, breathing deeply and slowly, then gently rotate your head down towards your chest and up to the left, still applying gentle pressure.
Slowly release the stretch and return your head to the neutral position, then repeat the process on the other side for a balanced stretch.
