Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Pistol Squat with Bed Sheet
Stand facing the object with the bed sheet in both hands, your feet hip-width apart, and then lift one foot off the ground.
Slowly lower your body into a squat position on your standing leg while using the bed sheet for balance and support, keeping your other leg extended in front of you.
Once you've reached the lowest point of your squat, use the bed sheet to help you push back up to the starting position.
Repeat this exercise for a set number of repetitions, then switch to the other leg.
