Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Chest Dip
Bend your elbows and slowly lower your body towards the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body and your back straight.
Lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the floor, or as far as you can comfortably go.
Push your body back up using your chest and triceps, until your arms are fully extended again.
Repeat this process for your desired number of repetitions.
