Performing the: A Step-by-Step Tutorial Assisted Chest Dip

  • Bend your elbows and slowly lower your body towards the floor, keeping your elbows close to your body and your back straight.
  • Lower your body until your upper arms are parallel to the floor, or as far as you can comfortably go.
  • Push your body back up using your chest and triceps, until your arms are fully extended again.
